You and usYou describe how the business runs today: where goods are kept, where they are sold, how the paperwork moves. We tell you what Korydian covers and where it stops.

Your installation
UsAn installation of its own for your company, on a server in Germany. We create the first logins; who gets which role is up to you.

Data
You, with the templateProducts and stock come in through the import assistant. You fill an Excel template from your current system, add the images as a ZIP and see a preview before anything is booked.

Going live
TogetherEvery connection has its own write switch. Until you turn it on, Korydian only reads. The guards report differences from the first day.

Before you start
- How does the switch work?
- Products, stock, prices and images come in through the import assistant. You download the template as Excel or CSV, fill it from your current system, add the images as a ZIP and check the preview before anything is booked. Supplier invoices are read from the first day.
- Which accounts do I need?
- Your own account with each provider you connect: the shop, the seller account on the marketplace, the till, the carrier. Korydian works through those logins, and the accounts stay in your name.
- Where is my data stored?
- On rented servers at Hetzner in Germany.
- Can I take my data with me?
- Yes. Under Settings an administrator downloads everything as one ZIP file, with a CSV file for each table.
- Which channels can I connect?
- Online shop, marketplaces, tills and carriers, plus the export for your tax adviser. What flows in which direction is listed on the integrations page. See the integrations
- What does onboarding cost?
- We discuss that in the first call. It depends on where your data comes from and how many integrations are involved.
- Is there a trial?
- Korydian is in private beta, and access is on request. A few lines about your operation are enough to ask.
