How this is made.
Cormorant Garamond by Christian Thalmann (Catharsis Fonts), and JetBrains Mono by Philipp Nurullin & Konstantin Bulenkov. Body in Inter by Rasmus Andersson.
Valletta, Malta, by hand. The studio operates from there, not from a slide deck.
A small Hetzner Cloud instance in Falkenstein, Germany. Postgres, Redis, FastAPI, Next.js, all in plain Docker. No managed magic.
Plain git push. CI is a single GitHub Actions workflow that builds, tests, and pushes images.
Korydian Labs Limited is currently being incorporated under Maltese law. Until that is filed, all engagements run through Justin Hennies as a sole proprietor. The transparency is intentional.
The numbers in the bottom strip on the home page are real, aggregated from running Korydian instances. They will be wired to /api/live via SSE shortly. Until then, they are realistic placeholders that update on a timer.
Justin Hennies's personal site (the editorial discipline), rauno.me (the willingness to be quiet), the man pages of UNIX (the willingness to be precise), and an old book of accounts.
Made carefully. Not magically.
