What connects to Korydian.

Korydian keeps stock, prices, purchasing and documents. The integrations take that to the tools you sell and ship with, and bring back what happens there. Each one runs on your own account with the provider and has a write switch of its own. While the switch is off, nothing is written.

Shop and marketplace

  • Shopify

Direction: Orders in · products, prices, stock out

Orders reach the sales ledger as they come in and are booked against stock. In the other direction Korydian writes products with images, prices and the stock you have.

    What you need:
Your own shop and an app access that we set up with you.
  • eBay

Direction: Orders in · stock and listings out

A sale reduces stock in Korydian, and the new quantity goes to your other channels. Listing quantities follow the warehouse, and new listings can be created from the product page.

    What you need:
Your own seller account, authorised once for Korydian.
  • BaseLinker

Direction: Products, prices, stock out · orders in

For the marketplaces you already run through this service. Korydian supplies products, prices and stock and collects the orders. The connector is built and has been tested against a staging environment.

    What you need:
Your own account and an API token from it.
  • Tradebyte

Direction: Products, prices, stock out · orders in

For retailers who already supply their marketplaces through this platform. Korydian sends the catalogue with prices and stock and takes the orders in. Built as well, and run through the provider's test environment.

    What you need:
A merchant account with API access.

Till

  • ready2order

Direction: Sales in · products, prices, stock out

Each receipt is booked against stock. Prices and VAT rates come from Korydian. Tills at different locations run side by side.

    What you need:
Your own till account with API access, one for each till.
  • SumUp

Direction: Sales in · read only

Sales are read and booked, and nothing is written back. If you have moved off it, your earlier sales stay in the record.

    What you need:
Your own account with the provider.

Shipping

  • Shipping labels

Direction: Shipment out · label back

You print the label from the shipment in Korydian, with the carrier you already ship with.

    • DHL
    • UPS
    • Sendcloud
    • GLS Poland
    • DHL Poland
    • InPost
    • Packeta
    • BaseLinker
    What you need:
A business account with API access at the carrier.

Accounting and documents

  • DATEV

    Direction: Export · posting batch

You pick a period and Korydian writes the sales as a posting batch in the format German tax advisers import, split by payment method.

    What you need:
No account. Your adviser only needs the file.
  • Incoming e-invoices

    Direction: XRechnung and ZUGFeRD in

When a supplier invoice arrives as an e-invoice, Korydian reads header and lines straight from the file and matches the lines to your products. The cost price lands on the product. PDF and Excel invoices are read too, and their totals are checked before anything is booked.

    What you need:
Only the invoice, which you upload in Korydian.

Your own systems

  • Webhooks

    Direction: Events out

Korydian reports new orders, dispatched shipments, stock changes and product changes to an address of your choice. Every delivery is signed, so your system can check where it came from. If it does not answer, Korydian tries again several times over the following hours.

    What you need:
An address on your side that accepts the messages.
  • API keys

Direction: Read and write through the API

Your own software reaches the API with a key of its own. Each key carries a role that decides what it may do. Keys can expire, and you withdraw them one at a time.

    What you need:
An administrator who creates the key in Korydian.
