korydianinventory and order management

Run the whole retail operation
on one record.

For retailers who sell from more than one location, often in more than one country. Stock and prices are kept in one place, and every connected channel sells what it says there.

Architecture

Change the price once, in one place. Every connected till and shop sells at the new one from then on.

Shop builds

We build online shops.

Alongside the software we build online shops. Some start from nothing, some move over from an old system, some get a trade area added. If you want, the shop connects straight to the record.

Platform

The platform, part by part

  • 01

    Inventory

    Booked, with history

Every stock change is a booking with reason, time and author. Current stock is the sum of those bookings, per location.

  • 02

    Channels

    One switch per channel

Whatever you change on a product goes out to the channels on a fixed pulse. Each channel writes only once its switch is on, and every write is logged. A guard compares what a channel shows with the record and reports the difference. Connections exist today for Shopify, eBay, ready2order, BaseLinker and Tradebyte; the last two carry further marketplaces.

  • 03

    Pricing

    Rule-based

A base price, and a rule per channel on top of it, say ten percent off and rounded to .99. A price you set by hand stays until you change it.

  • 04

    Purchasing

    Invoices, read for you

Supplier invoices arrive as PDF or Excel and are read and matched to your products. Korydian adds up the totals before anything is booked. The cost price ends up on the product, with the invoice attached.

  • 05

    Sales

    One sales ledger

Every channel's sales land in the same ledger. Daily totals per location come out of it, and so does each customer's history.

Company

For a business with more than one location

Warehouses, stores and the people working in them are rarely in one place. One installation of Korydian holds them together.

Locations
Every warehouse keeps its own stock, down to the bin if you want. Stocktaking runs per warehouse, and a phone camera works as the scanner.
Countries
Tax rules follow the country the company is registered in. Germany, Austria and Malta are set up, small-business VAT exemption included.
Roles
Each login carries a role that decides what it may see and change. Staff can sign in with their company account.
Language
The interface is in English and German. Each person picks their own.
Invoices and open items
You write invoices and credit notes in Korydian. Part payments are booked against the open item, and payment reminders are written in stages.
Accounting
Your tax adviser gets a DATEV posting batch, split by payment method. Incoming e-invoices in XRechnung or ZUGFeRD are read straight from the file.
Getting in

From the first conversation to daily operation

Four steps, each with the name of whoever does it.

  1. 01 · You and us

    Conversation

You describe how the business runs today: where goods are kept, where they are sold, how the paperwork moves. We tell you what Korydian covers and where it stops.

  2. 02 · Us

    Your installation

An installation of its own for your company, on a server in Germany. We create the first logins; who gets which role is up to you.

  3. 03 · You, with the template

    Data

Products and stock come in through the import assistant. You fill an Excel template from your current system, add the images as a ZIP and see a preview before anything is booked.

  4. 04 · Together

    Going live

Every connection has its own write switch. Until you turn it on, Korydian only reads. The guards report differences from the first day.

Questions go to the same address as the request.
